We work with investors on some of our projects where they would invest money with us on a short term basis (3-12 months) and receive a return of between 5-10% fixed interest over the agreed period. This is more than what the high street banks are currently offering.
Throughout the course of the project, the investor will be kept informed on progress as and when needed. The interest on the investment can be repaid either on a monthly basis or at the end of the loan period along with the initial loan amount. Most investors have found this to be a very good way to make their money work for them rather than it sitting in the bank losing value.
